Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a collaborative, mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will supervise and mentor staff, design intervention plans, and ensure high-quality client outcomes across home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
