Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure quality services for clients across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB eligibility or in good standing.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
