Ready Set Connect Autism Centers in Concord, NH seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral services for children with autism. The BCBA will supervise ABA Therapists and BCBA Candidates, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure compliance with contracts and insurance requirements.

The role requires data-driven behavior change planning, assessment administration, and collaboration with schools and families.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field and BACB certification training.
• Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and ethical standards.
• Experience with ACE ABA Data System or equivalent data systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Develop behavior change plans and intervention plans based on assessments.
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Ensure treatment plans meet contract and insurance requirements.
• Provide supervision to ABA Therapists and BCBA Candidates.
• Maintain data collection and analysis systems for treated children.
• Deliver consultations to schools and other partners.
• Lead staff meetings and parent training sessions.
