Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network is seeking a Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, ages 2-10, in natural settings. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to observe sessions and refine treatment plans, ensuring progress and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education or related field.
• BCBA credential/certificate required.
• 2-5 years of experience working with individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience as a BCBA in home or clinic-based setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, ages 2-10, in natural settings.
• Coordinate sessions with the care team to observe and coach across settings.
• Produce progress reports and treatment plans in alignment with regulatory and funding timelines.
• Plan and lead regular treatment updates with behavior technicians.

Education

Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education or related field

BCBA Credential/Certificate

2-5 years of experience with individuals with special needs (preferred)
