Job summary

Gersh Autism Academy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead the development and oversight of behavioral support plans for children with autism in our Tilton, NH clinic. You will supervise ABA Therapists and BCBA candidates, conducting assessments and ensuring program fidelity.

The role requires a Master’s in psychology or related field and BACB certification, with a 5-day workweek, 8:00am–5:00pm, plus some weekend support as needed. $90k–$100k salary, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field with BACB eligibility or certification.
• Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support options in the clinic setting.
• Supervise ABA Therapists, BCBA Candidates, and RBTs as directed.
• Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, FBA) and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver school and community consultations and lead clinical meetings.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and required continuing education.
