Gersh Autism in Tilton, NH, seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor ABA therapy programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The role includes supervising ABA Therapists and BCBA candidates, delivering data-driven treatment plans, and coordinating with schools and agencies.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and weekday hours, with occasional weekend site coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
• BACB certification for Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethics.
• Ability to work with ACE ABA Data System.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and monitor behavioral support options in the clinic setting.
• Supervise ABA Therapists, BCBA Candidates, and RBTs/BCaBA as needed.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure compliance with contract and insurance requirements.
• Deliver data-driven behavior change plans and provide parent training.
