Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers in Concord, NH seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support services for children with autism. You will supervise ABA Therapists and BCBA candidates, oversee treatment plans and ensure high professional standards.

The role emphasizes data-driven assessments, collaboration with schools and families, and ongoing supervision while maintaining HIPAA compliance. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field (BACB preferred).
• BACB certification for Applied Behavior Analysts.
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards in behavior analysis.
• Ability to work with ACE ABA Data System.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use data to develop behavior change plans and intervention plans per treatment plan.
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Ensure treatment plans meet contract requirements and insurance certification.
• Provide training and supervision to ABA Therapists, RBTs, BCaBA and BCBA candidates.
• Deliver supervision and data measurement systems for intervention groups.
• Provide consultation with school districts and private schools as needed.
• Hold regular clinical support meetings and participate in parent training.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and continuing education requirements.
