Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers in Manchester, NH is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop and monitor ABA services for children with autism. You will oversee ABA Therapists and BCBA candidates, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure adherence to contracts and professional standards.

The role requires data-driven assessment, supervision of staff, and collaboration with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• BACB certification or eligibility required.
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards.
• Experience with ACE ABA Data System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use assessment tools and data to develop behavior change plans and intervention plans.
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Ensure treatment plans meet contract, insurance, and professional standards.
• Provide training and supervision to ABA Therapists in clinic and home settings.
• Supervise RBTs, BCaBA, and BCBA candidates as directed.
• Maintain data measurement and analysis systems for interventions.
• Deliver consultations to school districts and private agencies.
• Lead clinical staff meetings and parent meetings as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA/Safety training and continuing education compliance.
