The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking a passionate BCBA to lead client care and supervision. Conduct FBAs, design treatment plans, and mentor RBTs while delivering high-quality ABA services in clinic, home, or community settings. Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
