Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Arizona seeks a BCBA Assessor to conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and support families with compassionate, evidence-based care. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative, clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and AZ LBA certification required.
• 2-3 years of experience conducting initial assessments.
• Passion for compassionate care and high-quality ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with ASD
• Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation
• Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
• Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services
• Work closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation
