The Treetop ABA in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinical care and supervise support staff. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, and deliver play-based ABA therapy in-home, with family involvement and community goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
