Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism at our Buckhead Center in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role includes leadership responsibilities, supervision of RBTs, and ongoing program design to improve outcomes.

Salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 per year, with relocation support up to $15k. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional assessments).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
