Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time work at Buckhead Center in Atlanta. The role focuses on designing and supervising behavior-analytic programs for children and families, with direct oversight of RBTs and caregivers.

Salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 per year, with a up-to $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation up to $15K, and student loan forgiveness up to $24K. Vetting includes licensure initiation and a clean background.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
