Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children with autism, working with RBTs and families. The role is full-time at our GA location.

You will conduct assessments, develop skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, and supervise colleagues pursuing BCBA certification, with a relocation package up to $15K and a salary range of $95,000–$120,000.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
