ABA Centers of Georgia is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, delivering life-changing outcomes for individuals with autism and their families. We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design and supervise behavior-analytic programs, coordinate with RBTs, and conduct comprehensive assessments.

Salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 per year for a full-time role, with relocation support up to $15K.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
