Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing network of ABA therapy centers. The role focuses on delivering high-quality behavioral intervention for children and families in a Buckhead/Atlanta area center.

You will design and supervise skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, oversee RBT implementation, and conduct assessments while maintaining professional standards and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification, required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
