Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy for children and families. You will design, implement, and oversee behavior-analytic programs and supervise RBTs and caregivers.

This full-time role includes a relocation package up to $15K, competitive salary ($95k–$120k), comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
