• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility within 1 month.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and ABA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based ABA programming based on data and client progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect supervision to RBTs on client caseload.
• Deliver family guidance and training to support programming success.
• Communicate with treatment team and other providers on a regular basis.
• Participate in discharge and transition planning for clients.
