Qualifications

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have experience with ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based programming based on client data.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct initial intake and recurring assessments.
• Participate in collaborative efforts with service providers.

Skills

Excellent writing and verbal communication

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Reliable car and driver's license
