Job summary

Golden Steps ABA in Augusta, GA seeks a BCBA to develop evidence-based, hierarchical programs based on data and client progress. You will train RBTs, guide families, and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality ABA services at client homes.

You will maintain BACB guidelines, manage ongoing assessments, and participate in discharge planning as needed. A strong written and verbal communicator with ABA experience is essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or sitting for BCBA exam within one month.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Provide family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Maintain professional boundaries per BACB guidelines.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload.
