Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in Massachusetts. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and regularly review session data with staff and families to tailor individualized treatment plans.

We offer a supportive environment with administrative help, scheduling support, and ongoing collaboration with a Clinical Manager to ensure caseload efficiency and high-quality therapy for children with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
• Minimum 1 year experience with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of ethical practices, intervention theories, and instructional methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via team meetings with staff and families.
