Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Philadelphia. You will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, supervise a small caseload, and use session data to interpret outcomes and adjust individualized treatment plans.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends, paid holidays and PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K with match, a laptop, and administrative support to help
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents or adults with special needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review session data with staff/families and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
- Consult with families on treatment, behavior modification, or staff concerns.
- Receive support from Clinical Manager including scheduling and caseload management.
