Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in West Chester, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, and adjust treatment plans while collaborating closely with families.

The position offers a full-time schedule, no weekends, a small caseload, and a supportive Clinical Manager for administrative assistance. A Master’s Degree and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (verified by BACB).
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
