Compleat Kidz is seeking a compassionate BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of RBTs delivering ABA plans created by BCBAs. This role works closely with BCBA and licensed professionals to ensure high-quality services for patients.

You will supervise RBTs, help develop and implement treatment plans, train caregivers, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation. Strong ethics, teamwork, and client-centered care are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Eligibility to obtain BCaBA Certification.
• Active BCaBA certification with BACB.
• New grad or 1+ year ABA experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans and goals.
• Provide direct patient care and caregiver training.
• Monitor learner progress with the team.
• Educate families on home-based strategies with written resources.
• Maintain clinical documentation and co-sign therapist notes.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and clinical team members.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality.
