Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinic-based ABA services and supervise RBT staff. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring high-quality care under BCBA supervision.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain client progress data, and deliver trainings to caregivers while upholding BACB ethics and state licensure requirements. Salary and benefits are competitive.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCaBA certification and Texas licensure.
• Minimum 2 years experience with autism spectrum disorders.
