Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network is seeking a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee in-home ABA services, supervise RBTs, and mentor staff while ensuring ethical, high-quality care for children with ASD. The role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and training families.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification required.
• Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and ABA Therapists.
• Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery.
• Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
