Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs for fidelity.
• Develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data to guide treatment decisions.
• Engage families through regular communication and parent training.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, client-centered philosophy.
