Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCaBA certification.
• Experience in ABA therapy is preferred.
• Ability to train Behavior Technicians and RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data with BCBAs.
• Engage families in therapy through communication.
