Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in Dearborn, Michigan. In this role, you will provide supervision and clinical oversight of ABA therapy in a structured and collaborative environment. You’ll also ensure program fidelity and be involved in the development of individualized behavior intervention plans.

Qualifications

• Must possess BCaBA certification.
• Experience in ABA therapy is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data collaboratively.
• Engage families through communication and training sessions.
