Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy and mentor Behavior Technicians in a structured center setting in Michigan. You will develop and adjust individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to drive data-informed treatment decisions.

You will also engage families through training and communication, ensuring assent-based, child-centered care while maintaining a supportive, balanced caseload and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required or eligible.
• Experience supervising ABA technicians.
• Ability to collect and analyze client data.
• Strong communication with families and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs for fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data to guide treatment decisions.
• Engage families through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
