Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to oversee ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs, helping ensure fidelity to treatment plans and data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes assent-based, child-centered care with mentorship from Clinical Excellence Leaders, and access to CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and internal training to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification or eligibility required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians/RBTs preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
