Job summary

Centria Autism in Michigan is seeking a BCaBA to lead clinical ABA therapy, supervise Technicians, and mentor staff in a collaborative, mentorship-rich environment.

You will oversee therapy plans, collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBA leadership to drive outcomes. The role emphasizes assent-based care and family engagement, with mentorship to advance your credential path and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCaBA certification and be eligible to supervise BCBA‑level staff.
• Experience guiding Behavior Technicians and RBTs in ABA programs preferred.
• Ability to analyze client data and adjust treatments accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans as needed.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs for data-driven decisions.
• Engage families through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
