Job summary

Centria Autism centers are seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs, help develop intervention plans, and collect data to guide decisions.

Families are engaged through regular communication and parent training sessions. The role emphasizes assent-based care, collaboration with clinical leaders, and a supportive work environment with mentorship and professional development

Qualifications

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs on data-driven decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
