Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in Hickory, NC is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide oversight to our clinic-based RBTs delivering ABA plans of care. You will collaborate with our BCBA and other licensed professionals to ensure high-quality ABA services across the team.

Ideal candidates have a BCaBA certification, at least one year supervising RBTs within ABA programs, strong skills in assessment, management, and documentation, and a willingness to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Requires BCaBA certification from BACB.
• Experience supervising RBTs and participation in ABA programs.
• Strong assessment, management, and documentation skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to clinic-based RBTs in daily delivery of ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.
