Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in the United States seeks a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee RBTs in daily delivery of ABA plans and to collaborate closely with BCBA and licensed professionals to ensure quality care in our pediatric clinics.

The role requires a BCaBA certification, background check, and at least one year of supervision experience in ABA; strong assessment, management, and documentation skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Pass a Background Check.
• Holds BACB BCaBA certification.
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to RBTs in the daily delivery of ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other licensed professionals on the team.
