Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to supervise RBTs in providing ABA plans of care across our pediatric clinics. You will work with BCBAs and licensed professionals to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes assessment, documentation, and effective team collaboration within a fast-growing network of clinics. This full-time position includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to clinic-based RBTs in the daily delivery of ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBA(s) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.
