Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee the daily delivery of ABA plans by RBTs and to collaborate with BCBAs across our pediatric clinics.

The candidate should possess BCaBA certification, pass a background check, and demonstrate strong skills in assessment, management, and documentation, with at least one year of ABA supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Pass a Background Check.
• Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to RBTs in the daily delivery of ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBA(s) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat Kidz team.
