Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in Burlington, NC is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee our clinic-based RBTs in delivering ABA plans of care, in collaboration with BCBAs and licensed professionals.

Qualifications

• Pass a Background Check.
• Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to our clinic-based RBTs in the daily delivery of ABA plans of care, and work with BCBAs and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.
• Collaborate with licensed professionals to ensure high-quality ABA services and adherence to treatment plans.
