Job summary

Compleat KiDZ, a network of pediatric clinics in North Carolina, seeks a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee RBTs and help implement ABA plans of care in our clinics.

The BCaBA will work with BCBAs and other licensed professionals to ensure high-quality ABA services, participate in assessment and documentation, and support a positive patient experience. A background check is required and we offer competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be BCaBA certified with BACB.
• Experience supervising RBTs in ABA programs.
• Strong patient assessment and documentation skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to clinic-based RBTs in the daily delivery of ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.
