Job summary

Compleat Kidz seeks a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee clinic-based RBTs delivering ABA plans of care. You will collaborate with BCBAs and other licensed professionals to ensure high-quality services across our pediatric clinics in North Carolina.

The role requires BCaBA certification, strong assessment and documentation skills, and at least one year supervising ABA work. Full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Pass a Background Check.
• Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to clinic-based RBTs in daily delivery of ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other licensed professionals on the Compleat Kidz team.
