Job summary

Compleat Kidz in the United States is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to supervise our clinic-based RBTs and support delivery of ABA plans of care.

You will work with BCBAs and licensed professionals to ensure high-quality care, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in ongoing training opportunities, including support for earning BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCaBA certification from BACB.
• At least one year of supervision experience with RBTs in ABA programs.
• Ability to perform patient assessment, management, and thorough documentation.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA oversight to clinic-based RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and licensed professionals.
• Contribute to plans of care and ensure quality delivery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
