Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide oversight to our RBTs and support ABA plans of care with BCBA collaboration.

You’ll work closely with licensed professionals to ensure high-quality therapy, supervise RBTs, and contribute to patient assessment, documentation, and program fidelity in a busy pediatric clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Pass a Background Check.
• Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic-based RBTs delivering ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other licensed professionals on Compleat KiDZ team.
