Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee clinic-based RBTs delivering applied behavior analysis plans of care. You will collaborate with BCBA colleagues and other licensed professionals to ensure high-quality client support and program fidelity.

The role emphasizes supervision, documentation accuracy, and ongoing program development within a supportive ABA team. Strong communication and compliance with clinical standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification is required.
• Pass a Background Check is required.
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RBTs delivering ABA plans of care in the clinic.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other licensed professionals on Compleat KiDZ team.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to ABA protocols.
