Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee our clinic-based RBTs delivering Applied Behavior Analysis plans of care. You will work with BCBAs and other licensed professionals to ensure quality patient care and thorough documentation.

The role requires BCaBA certification, supervision experience, and strong assessment skills to support a busy pediatric ABA program within our clinic network.

Qualifications

• Must hold BACB BCaBA certification.
• Experience supervising RBTs in an ABA program.
• Strong patient assessment, management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to clinic-based RBTs delivering ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.
• Ensure accurate documentation and high-quality patient care.
