D & M Behavioral Solutions of Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to supervise RBTs, coach caregivers, and help make treatment plans work in real-life settings—home, school, and community.

You will balance direct ABA Sessions with supervision visits, lead caregiver trainings, and ensure timely data entry and program updates while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Individual NPI (or obtain before start).
• Valid Florida driver license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
• Pass Florida Level 2 background screening.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Positive attitude: patient, reliable, and good with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services and supervision to RBTs under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
• Model procedures, give feedback, and monitor treatment fidelity.
• Lead caregiver training sessions using behavioral skills training.
• Assist with assessments, data analysis, graphing, and treatment-plan updates.
• Complete documentation in ABA Matrix within 24 hours.
• Participate in case reviews and quality-improvement activities.
• Follow the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and company policies.
