Job summary

Healthy Behavior Changes in South Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, W-2 role. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, create function-based treatment plans, deliver direct BCBA services, and oversee program implementation.

You will supervise and coach RBTs, provide caregiver training, review data for informed decisions, and collaborate with leadership on training materials to improve efficiency and clinical quality.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing (Florida-licensed or license-eligible if required).
• At least 1 year BCBA experience preferred; strong newly-certified BCBAs with RBT/lead experience will be considered.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive ABA and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop function-based treatment plans.
• Deliver direct BCBA services and oversee program implementation.
• Supervise and coach RBTs: modeling, live feedback, integrity checks, and coaching.
• Provide caregiver training: train parents/caregivers and collaborate with schools/other providers.
• Review data and make data-based decisions; maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership on training materials and systems to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain ethical and culturally responsive practice in line with BACB standards and payer requirements.
