D & M Behavioral Solutions of Fort Lauderdale, FL is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who is working toward the BCBA. Join us supervising RBTs, coaching caregivers, and helping every treatment plan work in real life.

We offer flexible scheduling around coursework, competitive pay $28–$33 per hour based on experience and credentials, and free supervision toward BCBA, plus wellness benefits and travel between client locations.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Individual NPI (or obtain before start).
• Valid Florida driver license with reliable car and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Positive attitude with patience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct ABA services and supervision to RBTs under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
• Models procedures, gives feedback, and monitors treatment fidelity.
• Leads caregiver training using behavioral skills training.
• Assists with assessments, data analysis, graphing, and treatment-plan updates.
• Completes documentation in ABA Matrix within 24 hours.
• Participates in case reviews and quality-improvement activities.
• Follows the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and company policies.
