D & M Behavioral Solutions in Pembroke Pines, FL is hiring a full- or part-time BCaBA to supervise RBTs, coach caregivers, and advance toward BCBA. Supervisory duties and strong collaboration with BCBAs are core to the role while growing your BCBA credentials.

The position offers Monday–Friday schedules with flexible start times, competitive hourly pay, and benefits for eligible full-time staff, supporting families and children with autism in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification is required and in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Florida driver license is required or reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.
• Demonstrated passion for working with kids and families.
• Strong communication with families and teammates is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services and supervision to RBTs under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
• Model procedures, provide feedback, and monitor treatment fidelity.
• Lead caregiver training sessions and draft program updates for supervising BCBA.
• Assist with assessments, data analysis, and treatment-plan updates for BCBA review.
