Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. in Michiana, Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Level 1 to join our Child & Adolescent Services team.

You will supervise front-line staff, develop and oversee ABA programs, and carry a caseload of 7 full-time equivalent clients at center-based sites or 5 in community settings. Reporting to a Clinical Director or Senior BCBA, you will lead treatment plan reviews, coordinate with insurance providers, and contribute to a career pathway toward

Qualifications

• Lead by example with timely arrival, task completion, and treatment plan submission.
• Develop, monitor, and modify ABA treatment plans and supervise staff.
• Provide direct therapy when needed and ensure high-quality ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians on all aspects of implementing ABA programs.
• Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide direct therapy for clients as needed.
• Develop effective behavior plans.
• Receive crisis prevention training and supervise the implementation of crisis prevention.
• Assist in intakes when requested.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the Center’s clients and staff.
