Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Child & Adolescent Services team in Michigan.

You will train front-line staff, supervise ABA program implementation, and advance toward Senior BCBA with increasing responsibilities and pay. You'll report to a Clinical Director or Senior BCBA and contribute to high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification and licensure in the service state.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA programs.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Strong communication with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Develop and supervise ABA program implementation.
• Complete assessments and treatment plan reviews.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for authorizations.
• Ensure health and safety of individuals served.
